WHO WE ARE
A&E Raz has been active in New York real estate since 1984, guided by the personal entrepreneurial spirit of its founder, Avinoam "Baji" Raz (of blessed memory). Avi, together with his partner in life and in business, his wife Elise, embarked on a venture into real estate development that took him across the boroughs and the suburbs of New York City, and even back to their home country, Israel. Today, we continue Avi's legacy by providing property management and other real estate services, led by our three core values:
